Scott Pollan, President & CEO
Scott A. Pollan is a commodity economist and derivatives-trading specialist whose career bridges quantitative finance, resource economics, and data science. As co-founder of Rigveda Inc., he applies deep experience in risk management, market-making algorithms, and commodities analysis to build AI-driven tools for market and resource intelligence. His work spans metals, FX, mining, and recycling sectors where data and analytics transform decision-making and includes research on resource scarcity, cartel dynamics, and large-scale project economics. Through roles at Azcon Metals, Zaner Financial Services, and the Colorado School of Mines, as well as his own firm Emergency Material Services, he has advised high-net-worth clients and advanced quantitative approaches to complex supply chains. An active speaker and author featured by Kitco News, Recycling Today, and policy forums such as the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Pollan holds an M.S. in Mineral and Energy Economics from the Colorado School of Mines and a B.S. in Earth Science from Montana State University, and now leads Rigveda in making global markets more transparent through AI and advanced analytics.

Sean Feeney, CTO
Sean Feeney is a computer scientist and engineer specializing in quantum algorithms, large-scale GPU/HPC simulation, and artificial intelligence systems. A PhD student in Computer Science at Texas A&M University and a recipient of the prestigious Engineering Horizons Fellowship, he brings cross-sector experience from Los Alamos National Laboratory, the Colorado School of Mines, and industry. Sean’s research focuses on scalable quantum optimization and error-correction methods, including the development of the MPS-JuliQAOA framework and the Better Solution Probability metric, both advancing near-term quantum computing performance. His publications span quantum optimization, machine learning, and high-performance computing. As co-founder of Rigveda Inc., Sean applies his technical depth to build AI-driven orchestration software linking data-center compute with energy-grid dynamics pioneering solutions at the frontier of artificial intelligence, energy systems, and quantum technology.
